CELEBRATING MY ANNIVERSARY

What a fabulous place to celebrate our thirty third anniversary in Chapala and Ajijic Mexico. Went to a train exhibit and then to a French restaurant for dinner. You ask ~ HOW SAFE IS MEXICO.
We have been living in this area for going on three years and the crime rate and death rate is much lesser then some states in United States.

Mexico is safer than many cities in the U.S.

More than 150,000 Americans safely visit Mexico every day. And while the media sensationalizes stories of violence in Mexico, Mexico is safer than many major U.S. cities. Travelers feel relatively safe visiting popular U.S. cities like Miami, Philadelphia, Chicago, New Orleans, Washington D.C, or Atlanta. Visitors from around the world enjoy these vibrant cities in relative, reasonable safety. Yet each of these cities is statistically less safe than Mexico

Hello, it’s been a long time since I have written something. I have been busy taking care of me. A big burden has been lifted and I feel free for the first time in a long time. One journey of my life has been finished and another one has just begun. It’s like the saying when one door closes another one opens.

Starting in April you all will be following a new experience with me. Dan and I are moving to Mexico to live. The atmosphere and environment is a little different then the Tampa Bay area of where I grew up in~ it is our paradise. I will be writing and adding pictures of our new journey and would love for you all to follow Dan’s and my progress with managing cancer. Through out my posting I have been very personal and have not left any thing out. I wanted the reader to see that you are not alone when it comes to facing cancer. We all have seen or had a love one that had to face this horrible disease.

My goal is not to frighten one, but to show that one can live without pain and without surgery, chemo or radiation. Dan and I have been able to choose another type of procedure other then the conventional way. So I am going to close this with stating knowledge is power and we all should take action on how we want our quality of life to be.
